Lovely Lily — Lethal Lilith

In “Decimation Damnation“, the first mini-novel extracted the open-ended saga of ‘Wilderwitch’s Babies‘, we met Miss Murk, Mad for Mud Magpies. She had a number of other names or designations, possibly even Queen Gomorrah, of Sodom and Gomorrah fame.

Her real name, though it takes awhile to confirm during “Hidden Headgames” (mostly because Pyrame Silverstar, who wants her back, denies she really is who she really is), is Lilith, as in Primeval Lilith, the Demon Queen of the Night.

As per “Helios on Moon“, she was Miracle Memory’s rival for the affections of Heliosophos, the Male Entity, when he was the second biblical Adam, also known as Alorus Ptah in the Phantacea Mythos. That made her the mother of Cain, Slaver of Abel.

Montage prepared by Jim McPherson, 2015; lettering reads "Lovely Lily -- Lethal Lilith"

Montage that reads “Lovely Lily — Lethal Lilith” is meant to be representative of Demon Queen Lilith, who appears, howsoever-briefly, in the final two parts of “Hidden Headgames”

Also made her the Lovely Lily to, in all likelihood, the real King Sodom

Hasanclef, 2003 … Have some lynx.

One’s a rollover in the Header here: http://www.phantacea.info/fallof03.htm#logo. There’s a comment on it further down the page (http://www.phantacea.info/fallof03.htm#graphics), wherein Hasanclef is spelled Hasankeyf, that makes mention of the coming dam, albeit fourteen years ago.

Tyrannosaurus Rock Rex (Coyote 9) was also taken there (http://www.phantacea.info/spring04.htm#coy9). If you’d care to linger on either page, even after all this time there are some very informative coyotes re early years of Phantacea Publications

Mention of a number of other structures being moved. Wonder if this fellow’s getting a reprieve. Doubt it somehow.

That’s Europa Heliopolis, not the continent or Jupiter’s moon, at least not entirely

Graphic reads "Annuling Nihila", prepared by Jim McPherson

2012 composite graphic prepared by Jim McPherson utilizing artwork for Verne Andru and Pacheco, as spotted and shot in Merida ca 2010. Nihila will be reappearing in “Hidden Headgames” this year (2017)

Lower insert taken from pHantacea on pHacebook using the embed feature. Something of an announcement to note herein. More once “Hidden Headgames” gets nearer to its release date.

In the meantime have another graphic ==> and a different set of lynx connecting the one below.

Freespirit Nihila appears in the sequence promised below, which marks the return of Europa Heliopolis to the Phantacea Mythos after a fifteen to twenty year absence.

Hit here for a couple of mentions of Europa during the “Aspects of Amoebaman” web-serial and here for a 5980 spoiler that may or may not have made it to “Decimation Damnation“.

Something like it will certainly make it to “Hidden Headgames”, however.

Merry Mithramas Bonus … Boxed on Boxing Day

Perhaps not surprisingly the Mithramas update of Serendipity and … isn’t so much about devils and their devilments in the Phantacea Mythos, though it is that. Its main purpose is to show off some nifty optical diableries from the 1870s and tell pHantaJIm‘s true story re receiving an email from Mephistopheles in the mid to late 1990s.

Also contains reiterations of a couple of Dave Sim pages from pH-1 (1977) and a cut-out of a Frank Frazetta so obscure it didn’t google up online. Ended up having to scan it in from a picture book that precedes Phantacea.

Oh yes, entry contains some actual diablerie stereoscope shots as well. Have some sample artwork

1870s diablerie scanned in from Fortean Times #346

Uncoloured diablerie from 1870s entitled Les Cuisines de Satan, used to illustrate Baaloch Hellblob’s gourmand tastes

Holy Hola Hoops — Y blog’s been offline for awhile

Labour Day’s come and gone, which means “Decimation Damnation“, the first mini-novel extracted from the open-ended saga of Wilderwitch’s Babies, is finally available for ordering.

Here’s the opening sentence in Dec-Dam’s Auctorial Preamble: “Thus begins Phantacea Phase Two.” Here’s final sentence in same: “Better make it: Thus begins the open-ended saga of “Wilderwitch’s Babies”.

As for the rest of it, well, you don’t have to buy the book, in any of its editions (print, digital PDF or e-pub), in order to read it, but it would be appreciated.
