Vancaf — the Vancouver Comic Arts Festival is back for its third year.
It’s free to get in so it’ll be packed. And, for the first time ever, Phantacea Publications joins its list of exhibitors.
That means Jim McPherson, the creator/writer of the Phantacea Mythos, will be in attendance. As per usual, he’ll have tales to tell and books to sell — at 2014 Convention Prices to boot.
Vancaf is so popular we only scored half a table. It being a celebration of comic arts the graphic novels and original Phantacea comics will feature prominently but the all-prose novels and mini-novels will be available for the asking.
Won’t be in brown paper bags either.
No notice as yet where we’ll be, other than in the thick of things. We also have no idea who else will be tending the table but expect surprises.
The exhibit will be taking place in “the large and spacious Recreation Centre” at the Roundhouse in Yale Town (181 Roundhouse Mews Vancouver, BC.).
Dates and times are May 24-25 2014 Sat. 10am-6pm Sun. 11am-5pm. Pertinent details include:
